2 months agoSunset Reef was absolutely stunning. The views from each room and infinity pool were spectacular. The pathways around this spacious boutique hotel were clean and beautifully designed with flora and fauna (monkeys in the back mango tree). Their restaurant, Drop Anchor Grill was top notch. Everything was freshly handmade and tasty. The rooms were spacious and decorated perfectly and supplied with all that we needed. The managers and staff were so accommodating and personable. Sunset Reef is great for a couple, a family, or even sharing with a bunch of your best friends and family. This place does not disappoint.

2 months agoWe had a vacation of a lifetime at Sunset Reef St. Kitts. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were seriously the best I’ve ever slept on. After a day in the sun, getting such a fantastic sleep was the perfect way to recharge. Each morning, I enjoyed a rich Nespresso while taking in breathtaking views of the water, with pelicans soaring by and playful monkeys nearby. A truly peaceful way to start the day.Despite my dietary restrictions, the restaurant went above and beyond to create delicious, carefully crafted meals. I also loved working out every day with those spectacular views as my backdrop, then cooling down in the cold plunge pool, a refreshing, luxurious touch. The staff were warm, friendly, and always had a smile, making the whole stay feel genuinely welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the island. If you want a relaxing island escape that feels like a little luxury, I’d definitely recommend Sunset Reef.

5 months agoMy husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this small, luxurious resort recently, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the serene, intimate atmosphere. The highlight for me was the spectacular pool, perfectly positioned to overlook the ocean—absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed with top-notch amenities that made the stay incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious robes provided and the extremely comfortable adjustable mattress, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, adding to the sense of indulgence and relaxation. What truly set this resort apart, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure every need was met. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with breathtaking views, outstanding service, food and a peaceful vibe, I highly recommend this resort.

2 months agoOne star is even too much for this place.Such a let down… Please don’t waste your time coming here. Food was atrocious and not even worthy for my dog. Even he wouldn’t eat it. Service terrible… took two hours to get our terrible food. They gave us hot expired Coke… money must be tight for the hotel as how does Coke even expire???The useless manager had three tables to serve and didn’t greet any of them. Typical of an SHL grad… it seemed her boyfriend was more important than the clients. The manager said that she would be glad to have us back. We were not born yesterday and we will NEVER be back. We come often and will be sure to let everyone on the island know about this terrible managed place.Go to KFC instead and save yourself some heartburn and money.

2 months agoHere is an update to the initial review: SPOILER ALERT: HORRIBLE!!! GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL OR RESTAURANTThe manager said to call us, even when she knew that the place was closing down for renovations. SHL grads at their highest capacity... LOL. It is already hard enough to reach them whenever they are open, let alone when they are renovating...For all reading this review: do not come here. The service was absolutely horrendous. Instead of taking so much time to write a superficial response, they should've taken the time to treat us properly the first time.Rarely do I write reviews, but when a place is as bad as this, it is almost necessary to do so... The manager does not care at all about you or your family. All she cares is getting you in and out like a fast food chain. We were treated horribly and even given expired Coke. How does Coke even expire??? The food was upsetting to our stomachs and took over an hour to come... There were eight people at the restaurant at the time. It wasn't like it was packed. The "great" service they talk about is from superficially asking for our names... LOL. So fake. How about you nail down the basics before pretending like this is a 5 star place. Please don't go here and instead, go to the Park Hyatt. At this point, just go to any other hotel or restaurant on the island. You won't have to deal with bogus and inexperienced management. Here is the initial review:One star is even too much for this place.Such a let down… Please don’t waste your time coming here.
