2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list properties, services, or products. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Services Provided
CaribbeanSpaces.com offers listing and promotional services for:
- Vacation rentals
- Event venues
- Tours and experiences
- Local services
- Real estate
- Caribbean-made products
We act solely as a marketing and discovery platform. We are not a party to any rental, sales, or service agreement between users.
4. User Accounts and Listings
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.
- You agree that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
- You may not post misleading, illegal, or fraudulent listings.
- We reserve the right to remove or disable any listing or account at our discretion, especially if it violates these Terms.
5. Payments and Listing Plans
CaribbeanSpaces.com offers paid listing plans:
- Monthly Plan: $15 USD (for tours, experiences, and events)
- Six-Month Plan: $89 USD
- Annual Plan: $149 USD
Payments are non-refundable once a listing is published. Listings may be removed if payment is not completed or is reversed.
6. Content Ownership and License
By posting content on CaribbeanSpaces.com (including text, images, and video), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with the Platform’s services, including social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
You retain full ownership of your content and may remove your listings at any time unless part of a paid listing plan is still in effect.
7. Platform Usage and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Post or share false or misleading content
- Disrupt or harm the Platform or its users
- Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools
- Resell access or create a competing service
8. Disclaimers
CaribbeanSpaces.com is a promotional and listing platform only. We do not guarantee bookings, transactions, or the quality of any service or product offered by users. All transactions are between users at their own risk.
We do not offer property management, payment collection, or customer service for listings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digi Reef Limited and CaribbeanSpaces.com shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Disputes between users
- Inaccurate listings or failed transactions
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our users and business.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
